What skills and experience we're looking for

Hi! We're the children at St Martin's Church of England Primary School, and we need a new teacher to join our awesome school. Here’s what we’re looking for:

Fun and Enthusiastic: We want a teacher who loves to laugh, play, and make learning exciting. If you can turn our lessons into adventures, you’re the one for us!

Hard-Working: We need someone who works hard to make sure we understand everything and helps us when we’re stuck. Patience and kindness are super important!

Outdoor Lover: Do you love the outdoors as much as we do? As part of the St Barnabas Trust, we love exploring nature, learning outdoors and pushing our boundaries, so we need a teacher who enjoys outdoor activities and can teach us about the world outside the classroom.

Christian Values: Our school is built on Christian values - creativity, friendship and courage. We want a teacher who lives by these values and helps us understand and follow them too.

Challenging: We love a good challenge! We want a teacher who pushes us to do our best, encourages us to think big, and helps us grow in every way possible.

Creative and Fun Lessons: We get excited about art, music, sports, and fun projects. If you can come up with cool and creative ways to teach us, you’ll be our hero!

Caring and Supportive: Sometimes we need a little extra help or just someone to talk to. A teacher who listens, understands, and supports us is really important.

Team Player: Our teachers work together like a big family. We need someone who fits right in, shares ideas, and helps make our school a great place to be.

If you think you can be our amazing new teacher, please apply! We can’t wait to meet you and have you join our St Martin’s family.

Love,

The Children at St Martin’s Church of England Primary School
