We are looking for a candidate who:

  • is an excellent practitioner who has a thorough understanding of the principles and pedagogy which enable children to secure their learning

  • has very good interpersonal skills and a commitment to developing positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, parents andgovernors
  • will be an exemplary model of effective classroom practice, with high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour
