You will:

  • Take responsibility for a class, as agreed with the Headteacher
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
  • Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
  • Promote good progress and high expectations for all pupils
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and external professionals
  • Uphold the school’s Christian vision and values
  • Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development
