We are looking for a Class Teacher to join Hillside Primary, delivering high-quality teaching that enables every pupil to thrive. At the heart of the role is a commitment to planning engaging lessons, adapting practice to meet individual needs and setting high expectations that drive strong outcomes for all children. Working closely with colleagues across the school and wider Trust, the postholder will contribute to a collaborative culture where ideas are shared and practice continues to evolve.   • Plan and deliver well-structured lessons aligned with the curriculum, adapting teaching to meet pupils’ individual needs

  • Set high expectations and manage behaviour effectively to create a safe, positive learning environment
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school, working collaboratively with colleagues to support pupil development
  • Uphold safeguarding responsibilities and promote the wellbeing, safety and best interests of all pupils
