This is a full-time teaching post (100%)

We are looking for an energetic, dedicated and forward-thinking Class Teacher at The Lantern Community Primary School ready for the new academic year in 2026. This role is likely to be based in Key Stage Two. You will play a key role in delivering high quality teaching and learning, ensuring every child is supported to achieve their full potential. The ideal candidate:

Will have a QTS teaching qualification with a teaching background and ideally, experience in Key Stage Two

Will possess outstanding communication skills and can work successfully in a team

Has high expectations for themselves and cares about delivering high quality lessons

Has a thorough understanding of child protection and safeguarding issues
