A Day in the Life:
You'll be responsible for bringing your passion and expertise to the following areas:
Promoting the aims and objectives of the school and maintaining its philosophy of education and supporting the Headteacher in promoting the ethos of the School;
Setting high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge pupils;
Promoting good progress and outcomes by pupils;
Planning and teaching well-structured lessons;
Managing behaviour effectively to ensure a good and safe learning environment.
What We're Looking For:
You are the perfect fit for our team if you have:
Qualified Teacher Status in the UK
Successful teaching experience within the primary sector
Thorough knowledge of a range of teaching, learning and behaviour management strategies and how to use them effectively
Good knowledge of policies and commitment to safeguarding children
Commitment to the vision, aims and values of the Trust/School.
