We are looking for Class Teachers who:

  • Have proven experience within the primary phase, demonstrating a strong understanding of child development and the ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of different age groups.
  • Are exemplary classroom practitioners and positive role models, with a track record of delivering high quality, engaging lessons across a broad and balanced curriculum. You will consistently strive for excellence and inspire the same in others.
  • Are committed to inclusive education, ensuring all pupils regardless of background, ability, or need, feel valued, supported, and challenged. You will play an active role in creating a curriculum that is irresistible, engaging, and accessible to all learners.
  • Hold high aspirations for every pupil, nurturing respectful and trusting relationships built on warmth, consistency, and clear expectations. You will champion each child’s success, both academically and personally.
  • Are enthusiastic ambassadors for our school, contributing positively to the wider community and helping to strengthen partnerships with families, external agencies, and local organisations.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, working effectively as part of a dedicated and supportive team. You will value teamwork, contribute ideas openly, and help to maintain a culture of mutual respect and shared success.
