As a Year 4 Teacher, you will be joining a wonderful team who are passionate about providing high-quality education to pupils. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a fantastic team that focuses on promoting on a supportive environment, independence and enhancing life skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Set challenging teaching and learning objectives which are relevant to all students in your classes
- Apply a range of teaching strategies to deliver learning objectives and incorporate inclusive strategies that meet the needs of all learners
- Mark and monitor students’ class work and homework/independent learning within agreed deadlines to provide constructive feedback and opportunities for reflection to learners on their attainment, progress and areas for development
- Promote positive relationships between members of the whole Academy community, including developing strong supportive relationships with parents and carers.
Pay range: M2 – M5 £34,974 - £41,870 - Fixed Term until 31.08.2025
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
- Passion for creating an inclusive and inspiring learning environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to the academy’s values and ethos.
