This is a fixed term role until 31st August 2026.

What will you do?
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all pupils and promote high standards of literacy and learning.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages positive behaviour, independence, and mutual respect.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing regular feedback and using data to inform teaching and support achievement.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support pupil well-being and academic success.
- Take an active role in school life, including professional development, pastoral care, and contributing to the wider school community.

Avanti Court Primary School is an Academy for children aged 3–11. The school is a three-form entry, mixed primary school with an attached nursery with over 600 children on roll.
Avanti Schools support each person’s life journey along three parallel paths: Educational excellence; Character formation; and Spiritual insight.
Avanti’s unique ethos places a key emphasis on each individual’s wellbeing and good mental health.
