At Enfield Heights Academy, we believe that a strong sense of community and shared values are the foundation of a successful and happy school. That's why we involve our children in creating our vision and values - to ensure that they truly reflect the beliefs and aspirations of our whole school community.
Our vision statement encapsulates what we want to achieve as a school and what we aspire to be. We want our children to feel happy, safe, and supported while they learn, and we want to create an environment where every child can flourish and reach their full potential. Our values underpin this vision and provide a set of guiding principles for how we behave and interact with each other. We encourage our children to live and breathe these values in their daily lives, both in and out of school.
Our values were created through a collaborative process involving our pupils and staff. We asked our children what values they thought were most important to our school community, and we were so impressed by their thoughtful and insightful responses. The resulting values are a true reflection of what our children believe is important to them and our school as a whole.
We believe that by promoting our vision and values, we can create a school where children are happy, confident, and motivated to learn. We want our children to leave our school with a sense of belonging and a set of values that will serve them well throughout their lives.
