Hillside Primary School and Nursery in Ipswich is seeking a committed and thoughtful EYFS Teacher to join our team. This role is for a teacher who cares deeply about inclusion, high expectations and building strong foundations for early learning. Working within a supportive, collaborative school and as part of Active Learning Trust, the role offers the opportunity to shape purposeful provision, respond sensitively to children’s individual needs and contribute positively to the wider life of the school. We are looking for a practitioner who brings warmth, professionalism and ambition to their classroom and who wants their work to make a lasting difference for children and families

Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional and high needs
- Assess, monitor and use pupil progress effectively to inform teaching and secure strong outcomes
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour, learning and inclusion, creating a safe and positive classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and external professionals to support pupil development
- Uphold safeguarding responsibilities and contribute positively to the wider life and ethos of the school
