Class teacher job summary
Our experienced Head teacher and his supportive senior leadership team are looking to recruit a positive and enthusiastic class teacher to teach in one of our wonderful EYFS, KS1 or KS2 classes. The year group is dependent on the successful candidate's experiences. We have a vastly experienced and stable teaching team who provide the best care and guidance to our children, and we are looking for a friendly, committed individual to join us. Visits to the school are encouraged and can be arranged via the school office on 01273 605700.
We welcome applications from ECTs. For ECTs, we offer strong support – an experienced mentor whom you will meet weekly during dedicated release time; an excellent training programme tailored to our school using materials from the ECF; regular observations of experienced colleagues, including visits to other schools; working with other ECTs who are also at the same stage of their career. Moulsecoomb Primary School joined The Pioneer Academy in 2021 and we have been moving onwards and upwards, providing a high quality curriculum for every child in our schools. Moulsecoomb Primary School is an Academy within the City of Brighton and Hove, located on The Highway, Lewes Road, minutes walk from Moulsecoomb train station and excellent bus links. The school is non-selective and non-denominational. We became part of The Pioneer Academy on 1st November 2021. As part of the trust, the whole school is currently receiving significant investment.
