About you: The successful candidate will be someone who will supplement and enhance strong established and supportive Schools.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and forward-thinking individual, with a real drive to enhance students’ experience in the classroom. We are seeking an ambitious professional with the ability to teach across the key stages, and join our academy which is dynamic and inspiring, creating a culture of outstanding success amongst our students. As a key member of the team, you will play a lead role in curriculum development alongside progressing and enhancing the teaching practice of others within the academies and beyond. We are keen to secure a high calibre teacher who can make a telling contribution to our forward-looking teams.

Welcome to Great Heath Academy!
We are a three form entry primary school with a Nursery class, catering for over 550 pupils. We are proud to be part of Academy Transformation Trust (ATT) and work closely with the other academies in this trust. We have an exciting, engaging curriculum with fun, meaningful learning experiences for all children, which are regularly shared with parents and carers. We very much believe that the education of children is a partnership and constantly look for further ways we can work closely with parents and carers to ensure that all children achieve their full potential. Our latest Ofsted inspection (April 2018) rated us as Good in all areas and we are constantly monitoring our work to ensure we maintain this whilst striving to be Outstanding.
Our five values (Growth, Resilience, Enthusiasm, Adaptability and Tolerance) underpin our work and we ensure that all pupils use these to become great citizens both now and in the future. We strongly believe that every child can and will achieve their full potential.
