Campton Academy is a successful lower school with a welcoming and supportive ethos. We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and creative class teacher to start in September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to join our popular, friendly school, which is acknowledged for its outstanding teaching and learning, commitment to CPD and the importance it places on staff wellbeing.

The ideal applicant will demonstrate high expectations in behaviour and attainment and always put children at the heart of their teaching. You must have a good knowledge of the National Curriculum, how children progress and the ability to inspire and motivate others. An interest in Art / Music would be advantageous.
A key responsibility will involve promoting children’s welfare and being vigilant to any sign of safeguarding needs.
