- Demonstrates a passion for creating a positive learning environment where all students can thrive.
What We Offer:
- A dynamic and supportive environment: Work alongside a team of dedicated professionals, supported by trustees who provide strong leadership, challenge, and guidance.
- Professional development: We are committed to the ongoing development of our staff and will provide opportunities to grow your skills and career within a supportive framework.
- Access to excellent benefits: We offer a comprehensive and flexible Employee Assistance Program, including:
- Tech and Cycle-to-Work schemes
- Online gym classes and health & wellbeing support
- Financial advice services
- Thinkwell fast-track counselling
- Physiotherapy and retail discounts at supermarkets, high street stores, and for days out.
