Greswold Primary School is a large, ethnically diverse school located close to the centre of Solihull. We are proud of our inclusive ethos, where every child and every member of staff is valued, supported and encouraged to thrive. Our vision is simple but powerful: to create a learning community where every child really does matter.

Our BRICKS values — Belonging, Respect, Independence, Curiosity, Kindness and Success — underpin all aspects of school life and shape our curriculum, relationships and decision-making. Inclusion and wellbeing are at the heart of these values and inform how we support children with diverse needs and how we work together as a school community.

This is an exciting opportunity for a committed, reflective and ambitious teacher to join a welcoming and collaborative school. We are looking for someone who is creative, enthusiastic and passionate about inclusive practice, with a strong commitment to supporting the academic, emotional and social development of all pupils.

Greswold is keen to support staff who aspire to future middle or senior leadership roles.

The successful applicant will be paid on the Main to Upper Pay Range (M1–U3), currently £32,916 to £51,048.
