The successful candidate will:

  • Have a track record in consistently good or outstanding teaching
  • Have a clear understanding of how children learn and how to effectively move learning forward in a creative and engaging way
  • Be proficient in using a wide range of IT resources to extend and enhance learning
  • Inspire, challenge and motivate pupils to achieve their full potential
  • Have an excellent knowledge of the curriculum
