We are looking for a teacher who:
Has a passion for delivering high-quality teaching and learning in Key Stage 1.
Holds high expectations for achievement, behaviour and personal development for every child.
Is committed to creating an inclusive classroom where all pupils can thrive.
Has excellent knowledge of the Year 1 curriculum and child development.
Has a strong understanding of early reading and phonics.
Has experience of, or is willing to develop expertise in, Little Wandle Letters and Sounds Revised, our chosen phonics programme.
Builds positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Is reflective, enthusiastic and committed to continuous professional development.
