Class Teacher (Initially Year 1) job summary
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic teacher to join our team in a maternity cover position from June 2026- where a candidate is successful and available, we are able to support an earlier start to ensure the best handover for the children and staff. This post is suitable for an ECT or more experienced teachers and we are fortunate to have many experienced and supportive staff on our team, who will help to mentor and coach our new staff member.
It is an exciting time for Warton Nethersole’s CE Primary School as we are completing on a significant building project and expansion to one form entry with an additional nursery. We are located in rural North Warwickshire and have been a part of the Birmingham Diocese Multi Academy Trust consisting of 19 schools in the Birmingham and Warwickshire area since 2019. We are a vibrant school within a brilliant community of parents, children and teachers and are looking for someone who can share in and promote our strong ethos and values. Having been graded good by Ofsted (December 2024) and good by SIAMs (2022), we are looking for a new member to join our team and help us continue to offer the best for our children.
