Kingfield Primary School are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Class Teacher to provide 1:1 support for a child with additional needs. This is a full time teaching position focused on delivering tailored learning and support to help the child be the best they can be both academically and socially.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering personalised learning experiences, ensuring the child remains engaged and continues to make progress. While much of the support will take place outside the classroom environment, the child will also be supported to participate in wider class activities where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality, individualised learning tailored to the child's needs.
- Support the child both within and outside the classroom environment
- Foster a positive, nurturing relationship to support emotional and social development
- Work collaboratively with staff, parents and external professionals to ensure consistent support
- Monitor and assess progress, adapting strategies as required

- Have a strong understanding of supporting children with additional needs
- Be adaptable, patient and committed to inclusive practice
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to plan engaging, tailored learning experiences
- Be proactive in identifying and responding to the child's individual needs
