What skills and experience we're looking for

• Qualified Teacher Status
• Current experience of teaching in different key stages (this may be as a student)
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Have excellent subject knowledge of curriculum across KS1 & KS2
• Ability to set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge pupils
• The ability to create a safe, attractive and stimulating environment that contributes positively to teaching and learning
• Able to plan and teach well-structured lessons and to promote a love of learning
• Know a range of strategies that promote excellent learning behaviours
• Evidence of leading the work of other adults in the classroom
• Be committed to upholding excellent levels of professional conduct as a teacher
