Class Teacher KS2 job summary

The overall purpose of the post is to ensure high quality education for all pupils for which you are responsible and accountable and improve the quality of learning and standards of achievement. The Windmill Team are looking for a teacher who has an interest in Maths and the possibility of phase lead for a candidate with the relevant experience.

The Core Purpose
• To build positive relationships with all children, nurturing their talents and needs to enable them to flourish.
• To develop, implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced,
engaging, relevant and ambitious curriculum that meets the needs of all pupils.
• To facilitate and encourage engaging and challenging learning experiences
which provide pupils with the opportunity to achieve success.
• To consistently promote and model academy and Trust policies and procedures.
• To contribute to a school culture and environment that promotes the well- being of all pupils and staff.
