Lakeview School is a vibrant and welcoming community school seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 6 Class Teacher to join our committed team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an excellent practitioner who is passionate about helping children achieve their full potential during their final, crucial year of primary education.
The successful candidate will be:
An outstanding and creative classroom practitioner with high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour.
An experienced teacher with a proven track record of success in Upper Key Stage 2.
Confident in preparing pupils for their end-of-key-stage assessments, while delivering a broad, balanced, and engaging curriculum.
Skilled and knowledgeable in supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) within a mainstream classroom, ensuring all children can thrive.
A positive and collaborative team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Committed to the school's inclusive ethos and the wider school community.
