About the Role:
We are looking for an exceptional KS1 Teacher to inspire and motivate our young learners. The successful candidate will:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons, adhering to the national curriculum.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and a love of learning.
- Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing targeted support and feedback.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for all children.
- Contribute to the wider school community and participate in extracurricular activities.
- Have a strong understanding of phonics and early literacy development.
- Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and a positive, nurturing approach.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold a relevant teaching qualification (QTS).
- Have proven experience teaching in Key Stage 1, ideally Year 1.
- Possess a strong understanding of the EYFS and Key Stage 1 curriculum including phonics.
- Be passionate about early years education and have a genuine commitment to child-centred learning.
- Be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Be highly organised, adaptable, and reflective.

- Have a passion for outdoor learning and the natural environment.
