- Good communication skills
- Successful classroom practitioner at Key Stage 1 and/or 2
- Substantive evidence of successful teacher training
- Enthusiasm and energy
- High expectations regarding teaching and learning
- Ability to work as a team member
- Flexible and positive approach
- Resilience when dealing with challenging behaviour
- Excellent organisational skills
