Class Teacher - Lower KS2 job summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Class Teacher to join our Lower KS2 team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to providing high‑quality teaching and creating a nurturing, stimulating learning environment for children in Years 3 and 4.

In this role, you will inspire pupils through engaging lessons, strong subject knowledge, and a genuine belief in every child’s potential. You will play a key part in helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning as they move through this important stage of their primary education.

You will work closely with colleagues to deliver a broad and ambitious curriculum, use assessment effectively to secure progress, and build positive relationships with pupils, families, and the wider school community. This role is ideal for someone who is reflective, collaborative, and eager to contribute to a vibrant and supportive school culture.

The role will initially be fixed term for 1 academic year from September 2026 with the potential to increase.
