What skills and experience we're looking for

In this role, your duties and responsibilities will include preparing teaching materials and setting up classroom displays. Planning and teaching well-structured lessons to assigned classes, following the school's plans, curriculum, and schemes of work while reinforcing the school ethos, e.g., expectations of behaviour within class and elsewhere on the school site. You will have the opportunity to assess, monitor, record and report on the learning needs, progress, and achievements of assigned children, making accurate and productive use of assessment. To be successful in this role, you must set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge children.
