In this rewarding maternity cover role, you will make a real difference by supporting children in their learning journey—building confidence, independence and a love of learning through a balance of play-based and structured experiences.

You will:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching that enables all children to achieve and exceed age-related expectations
  • Inspire pupils through a creative and engaging curriculum
  • Support children’s emotional and social development
  • Work closely with Teaching Assistants and the Senior Leadership Team to raise attainment and progress
  • Approach challenges with positivity and collaboration to help every child reach their full potential
