The St Charles' way is for every child to:' Belong, Believe and to Blossom.' We aim for our children to feel safe, be happy, make friends and to be equipped with the 'toolkit' they need for life.
We live our school's mission in the following ways:
We belong when....
Pupils belong to the community and parents describe our school as having a 'warm and friendly' feel. Our sense of community is strong and there has been a St Charles' in Hadfield since 1858. Many parents and grandparents are past pupils of the school. Children are happy and feel safe in our school.
We believe...…….
Pupils achieve and we have a ‘I can do' culture in our school. We believe in our pupils and they are taught to believe in themselves and to achieve.
We blossom when......
At Charles' school we have a dedicated, committed and highly qualified team of staff who deliver high quality teaching which allows our pupils to blossom and flourish.
