A fantastic teaching opportunity has arisen at Loddington CE Primary School!
We are excited to appoint a new full-time, Teacher, on a maternity cover contract to support, inspire and lead the brilliant children in our mixed Year 5/6 class. With a passionate, enthusiastic, and committed attitude, the successful candidate will join our dedicated team, and drive high quality education for these children, facilitating their progress, both academically and personally. The role of a teacher in the lives of both the children and wider community is a vital and special responsibility. We are therefore looking to appoint a candidate who shares in Loddington’s’ passion and values, supplemented by thorough knowledge and effective experience, to deliver the very best education for all.

We are looking to appoint someone who:
- Is enthusiastic, approachable and friendly.
- Ensures all children feel safe, happy and able to learn.
- Has an understanding of the curriculum and pastoral needs of primary aged children.
- Is able to deliver and evaluate lessons, giving feedback when needed.
- Is confident in using a range of behaviour management strategies.
- Has the ability to work effectively, flexibly and independently and above all is a committed team member.
- Is supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school.
