Class Teacher - Heath Primary School
Are you an enthusiastic and committed teacher with a passion for delivering high‑quality learning experiences? Heath Primary School is seeking a dedicated Class Teacher to join our friendly, ambitious, and supportive team.
We are looking for a teacher who is committed to excellent classroom practice and who strives to provide engaging, well‑planned lessons that enable all pupils to make strong progress. You will create a positive and purposeful learning environment, underpinned by high expectations, effective behaviour management, and a strong understanding of child development.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver high‑quality teaching aligned with the school’s curriculum
- Use assessment effectively to inform planning and support pupil progress
- Foster a classroom culture that promotes curiosity, resilience, and enjoyment of learning
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and leaders to continually improve practice
You will be a reflective practitioner who values professional development and enjoys contributing to the wider life of the school. Experience of adapting teaching to meet a range of needs is important, alongside a commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for every pupil.
