  • Is organised, self-motivated and can back up their big ideas with systems and plans to make things happen.
  • Has a passion for personal growth and professional learning; you read, engage with research, are reflective and constantly looking to improve.
  • Is someone with extensive knowledge of teaching, preferably across a key stage and has experience of working successfully with the most vulnerable learners.
  • Is an effective communicator who understands the logistics of working in and organising a busy, primary school and is calm under pressure.
