Class Teacher job summary
Paisley Primary School are seeking to appoint a Class Teacher Key Stage 1. Working in partnership with school leaders and the Trust, this is an opportunity for the right candidate to work as part of a team to deliver excellent outcomes in Key Stage 1.

Salary: Teachers Main Pay Scale M1 £31,650 - M6 £43,607. Teachers Upper Pay Scale UP1 £45,646 - UP3 £49,084.
We are looking for a teacher who:
· Sets high expectations of all pupils.
· Plans effectively to provide a curriculum that is ambitious and ensures children acquire foundational knowledge effectively
· Delivers exciting and inspiring lessons across the curriculum.
· Is able to inspire and motivate children to develop a passion and love for learning.
· Understands how to adapt teaching and learning effectively to meet the needs of SEND and vulnerable pupils.
· Is excited to be part of our team and contribute to our journey of positive change for the future.

We are a larger than average primary school with around 360 children on roll, aged 3-11 years. We serve an area of high deprivation, close to Hull City Centre, and located beside the site of Hull’s famous travelling fair on Walton Street.
