At Ravenshall School, learning really is an adventure. Our pupils describe their journey here as exciting, challenging and full of opportunity - and our most recent Ofsted inspection praised the “incredible journeys” they make every day.

We are an outstanding special school for pupils aged 4-19 with a wide range of complex needs. Our approach is rooted in care, respect and ambition: we expect the very best for our pupils and support them to achieve it. Our curriculum is unique, purposeful, creative and designed to unlock every child’s potential.

We are looking to appoint a talented teacher to lead learning in a class of primary aged children with a range of complex needs and communication and interaction difficulties.

  • Skills in teamwork, communication and classroom leadership
  • Positivity, energy and a strong sense of commitment.

Experience of PMLD or complex needs teaching is an advantage but not essential - we provide high-quality training and ongoing professional development.

What We Offer

At Ravenshall you will find:

  • An ambitious, innovative curriculum supported by excellent resources and facilities.
  • Outstanding professional development, tailored to your career stage and interests.
