We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate class teacher with experience and skill in working within Early Years stage and/ or with pupils with ASC and difficulties in communication, social interaction, learning behaviours and sensory needs.
Topcliffe is a welcoming and highly inclusive one form entry mainstream school with two additional specialist resource base provisions to support pupils with Speech, Language and Communication needs (2 classes) and Autistic pupils (5 classes). We are looking for a teacher who is:
An inclusive practitioner with a passion for supporting children with Autism and associated complex communication and sensory needs
Experience in Early Years and/or SEND provision
focused on providing pupils with creative learning experiences to get the very best outcomes for all
An effective practitioner with high expectations and
An innovative and highly motivated teacher
An excellent communicator and team player
