About the role:

Due to our school’s growth in popularity and an increased intake, we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, passionate and committed class teacher to join our teaching team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly effective practitioner to join us at Richard de Clare Community Academy. We are looking to appoint a creative and motivated individual who holds the belief that every child has the potential to succeed and has the potential to motivate, inspire and challenge pupils to ensure that every one achieves their full potential. As part of a Multi Academy Trust that holds CPD at the highest possible regard we can offer a supportive programme for Early Career Teachers and a coaching programme to support ‘fast track into leadership’ for teachers with the desire for professional growth.

We are looking for someone who:

Holds the highest expectations for all children regardless of their backgrounds 

Is a highly-skilled individual who is passionate and knowledgeable about teaching and learning

Has a good understanding of the effective teaching of core and wider curriculum subjects.

Has a commitment to collaborative professional development

Is a reflective practitioner and actively seeks to improve their own practice

Will work effectively as part of a class, year group and phase group team
