We are looking for stand-out candidates to join our teaching staff. We look for the right people – this could be an NQT, an experienced teacher with QTS, or even an unqualified teacher. Although we are a secondary provision, the right person could be primary trained. It is the right person we are after to join our staff family and help create opportunities for young people. Someone who understands the needs of SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) pupils and someone who can provide support in the care and learning of our pupils.
The position(s) available is an FTE teacher, although there may be the opportunity for this to be two teachers. The ability to offer science or humanities is desirable, but not a requirement or a barrier to interest and application.
Chaselea Alternative Provision Academy are looking for the right people to join us.
