At Sarratt Church of England School we are recruiting for a Part-time Primary Teacher (2. days) to start with us in September 2026. This is an exceptional career opportunity to work in partnership with the Whole School Community and The Chess Valley Trust, the Multi-Academy Trust of which we are a part.
Sarratt Church of England School is situated just off The Green in the thriving village of Sarratt, set in the midst of an area of outstanding natural beauty just a short drive away from Watford and Rickmansworth. We are a small Primary school with a strong community ethos. We provide a caring and supportive environment where our children can feel happy and safe from Reception all the way through to Year 6.
We aim to make learning fun and promote independence and active learning to achieve the highest standards possible. Our children are highly motivated, eager learners. Our parents are very supportive and our staff team is caring and dedicated.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic teacher to really inspire our children and make a difference. The successful applicant will have access to excellent training opportunities and will be very well supported in our school, by other colleagues and schools within our MAT and through a strong consortium of local schools.
We welcome applications from teachers in the early stages of their careers. Visits to our school are encouraged. Please call Nicola O’Hare on 01923 262003 to find out more about us.
Sarratt School is committed to safeguarding children and young people and, therefore, the successful applicant will be subject to suitable references, medical and DBS checks in accordance with the Trust’s statutory safeguarding requirements.
