What skills and experience we're looking for

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience of working with children with special educational needs to join our talented and dedicated team of staff and multi-disciplinary colleagues. Early Career Teachers are welcome to apply.

All the amazing children who attend our school have an Education and Health Care Plan. Our school currently educates 105 children with complex and multiple needs across 9 classes. Our children may have Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and/or a diagnosis of an Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC). Some children have additional needs including visual impairment and hearing impairment. We aim to underpin our curriculum delivery through continually developing our communication work so that the children can access their learning in a way personalised to their needs.
