What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a teacher who embodies the following qualities:
- Outstanding Practitioner: Able to meet diverse learning needs in the classroom.
- Collaborative Team Player: Thinks creatively and communicates effectively.
- Flexible Educator: Recognises the importance of learning both inside and outside the classroom.
- Experienced or Interested in SEN: Knowledge or interest in supporting students with sensory needs, autism, and associated behaviours.
- Reflective and Open-Minded: Keen to develop professionally and contribute to a dynamic team.
- Leadership Potential: Confident to take the lead in an area of whole-school provision, such as a curriculum subject.
