To promote high quality teaching, effective use of resources and the highest standards of teaching and learning for all pupils in accordance with the National Standards and as defined in the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document; to also have due regard to the requirements of the National Curriculum, Trust and school policies, including Safeguarding and Child Protection
