We aim to motivate children to develop their gifts to enable excellent progress in all areas of a broad and balanced curriculum. Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic classroom teacher, who can deliver an engaging, ambitious curriculum, ensuring inclusion for all so every child can achieve their potential. This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher to work alongside an experienced and supportive team.

We are a one‑form entry Catholic primary school, educating approximately 210 children, and 20-35 pupils in our pre school nursery. • demonstrate highly effective planning & teaching to deliver high-quality, exciting learning opportunities matched carefully to pupils needs
  • have high expectations for children’s achievement and behaviour
  • work and communicate effectively as part of a team
  • be willing to contribute their gifts to our school and our wider community
  • be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of every child

We can offer:

  • a happy, caring, and safe environment where every child is known, valued, and supported to achieve their full potential.
  • a strong sense of community and partnership, where staff, governors, parents, and parish work together to nurture each child’s spiritual, emotional, and academic growth.
  • a committed, hardworking, and supportive team, both within the school and across the wider St Gabriel the Archangel Catholic Multi-Academy Trust family, united by faith and purpose
