This role could potentially be undertaken alongside another (also currently advertised) as TA3 Teaching Assistant for 5 x mornings

We are looking for someone with:

A commitment to the distinctiveness of our church school ethos and the promotion of Christian values;

The ability and desire to model and uphold the highest standards and expectations of learning for all;

Evidence of very strong classroom practice including the ability to plan and prepare high quality learning for all students;

A strong knowledge of working with children with Autism and other SEMH needs;

Excellent behaviour management;

A positive, proactive approach to all areas of school life;

An ability to inspire confidence in colleagues, parents and the wider community;

The ability to successfully challenge and address barriers which potentially stand in the way of pupil progress;

The desire to work in partnership with pupils, staff, parents and the local community to develop continuous improvement within the school and with the federation.
