  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Suitable for ECTs
  • Secure, current knowledge of National Curriculum, Literacy and Numeracy Strategies
  • Good understanding of the need to motivate and inspire learners
  • Good understanding of the core aspects of strong lessons, sequences of lessons and strong pupil outcomes
