About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and committed Class Teacher to join our team. Applications warmly welcome from Early Career Teachers. This role would be suitable for ECTs and experienced practitioners alike. The successful candidate will bring excellent classroom practice, a willingness to learn and develop and an unwavering commitment to inclusive, high-quality teaching and learning.

You will be part of a supportive and forward-thinking team, working collaboratively to deliver creative and engaging learning experiences. You’ll play a key role in shaping the learning journey of our children, building strong relationships, and fostering a culture of curiosity, kindness, and achievement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all children
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where children feel valued and motivated to learn
  • Use a range of assessment strategies to monitor progress and inform next steps in learning
  • Set high expectations for behaviour, learning, and personal development, fostering a positive classroom culture
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and leaders to enhance curriculum delivery and share best practices
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider school community to support children’s development
  • Reflect on and continuously improve your practice through professional development and feedback
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school, including events, enrichment activities, and school improvement initiatives
