The successful candidate will:
- Be an excellent classroom practitioner who consistently delivers high-quality teaching and has a proven ability to secure strong outcomes for all learners, including those with SEND, in line with the national ambition for high standards and inclusive practice.
- Hold high expectations for every child, underpinned by the belief that all pupils can thrive, achieve and flourish when provided with the right support and challenge.
