So if you care about helping children learn, are enthusiastic and want to work in a fantastic team we would love you to apply. We are part of the University of Chichester Academy Trust and as a member of staff in the Trust there are added benefits and opportunities and a commitment to staff professional development.

The successful candidate will be

  • Kind
  • Friendly
  • Good at working as part of a team and fun to work with
  • Hardworking
  • An excellent classroom practitioner (or the passion and drive to be excellent)
  • Able to engage and support children with different learning and behavioural needs
  • Able to create a stimulating and inspiring learning environment
  • Passionate about children’s learning and will do whatever it takes to ensure children succeed

What is Bordon Infants and Juniors like?

We are popular and successful schools in the town of Bordon. We have recently expanded the Infant School from two forms of entry into three forms and now Bordon Juniors is growing from two forms into three. All of our classes are full and we regularly have a waiting list of children wanting to join us. Bordon is a developing town and there is current a lot of building work in the area to create new houses, shops and infrastructure. We believe a school should be the heart of the community. As our community grows and changes, we are there to support our children and families by creating a happy and inspiring learning community. The Infant school was judged by Ofsted as Good again in January 2023, and the Juniors in November 2022 and would recommend to any candidate to read our reports.
