Role Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to join our team. ECT’s are welcome to apply.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire and motivate our pupils, ensuring they reach their full potential. You will assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting your teaching to meet the diverse needs of all learners.

As a key member of our school community, you will contribute to the development of our curriculum and support the wider ethos of the school. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lesson Planning and Delivery: Plan and teach well-structured lessons that align with the school’s curriculum, inspiring and engaging our children.

* Assessment and Monitoring: Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.

* Behaviour Management: Maintain good relationships within the classroom, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment.

* Communication: Communicate effectively with pupils, parents and carers regarding pupil achievements and wellbeing.

* Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practises. * Safeguarding: Promote the safety and wellbeing of all pupils, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.

We are looking for candidates who:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): A relevant teaching qualification and a strong understanding of the primary curriculum.

* Passion for Education: A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in pupils.

* Effective Classroom Management: Proven ability to maintain a positive and productive learning environment through effective behaviour management strategies.

* Collaborative Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community.

* Commitment to Professional Development: A proactive approach to personal and professional growth, seeking opportunities for continuous improvement in teaching practises.
