What skills and experience we're looking for
Hillcrest Academy is seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Class Teacher. This role is of great importance to our work as an Academy with the successful candidate being responsible for teaching and inspiring pupils to achieve their potential across a range of exciting and evolving subjects.
Potential applicants should have:
- Successful record of teaching including very good exam results (applicants who already have gained QTS)
- A detailed knowledge of current developments in education including the use of the Pupil Premium.
- The ability to put vision into practice.

** Hillcrest Academy is a larger-than-average primary school located in Leeds, West Yorkshire. The school provides places for around 400 pupils aged 3-11. Hillcrest Academy is part of the GORSE Academies Trust, which is responsible for the running of around eight schools in the local area, at both primary and secondary level.
