  • To have excellent communication skills
  • To have excellent subject and curriculum knowledge
  • To have proven experience of managing SEN provision
  • To have the ability to work in collaboration with all stakeholders, including teaching and non teaching staff, parents and outside agencies.
  • To have knowledge and understanding of the latest SEND legislation
